Question What is liquid PGME metoxypropanol

I get box of this bottles in paint store because experation date was one ore two year ago. But it is not Metter I only wonder what it is and can I use it in some syntese or just garbage to throw away.

Propylene glycol methyl ether (PGME or 1-methoxy-2-propanol) is an organic solvent with a wide variety of industrial and commercial uses. Similar to other glycol ethers, it is used as a carrier/solvent in printing/writing inks and paints/coatings. It also finds use as an industrial and commercial paint stripper. It is used as an antifreeze in diesel engines.

I have one question out of this topic, I mixed 30ml a-oil with 50ml of methyl alcohol, after that I pure few mililitara of ortophosporic acid 85% and it stay like colorless liquid without any sign of cristalise, now I have corect pH of that mix in one plastic box and it just wait to ask how to hell i can now take out amphetamine.
Somebody know?

I try to add in one little epruvete phosporic acid and nothing happen, so now I knew that it is not god to mix acids in this step and just pure out of toilet that sample. Do you have some advice
