Question 4f-adb For Vape

Hello, I bought a product that I had been advised for vaping the 4f-adb. dissolved in it it forms a kind of mud, I ended up mixing the product in the e-liquid then I tried to consume the results were zero. I think there is something to do to make the product active or else the product that I had is all simply shit I come here to find out if you have any advice to give me

"How to activate the 4f-adb for vape"
If you have any info I'm interested I end up with a product that has no effect
there is surely a manipulation to do that I do not do
