How can I avoid EU customs check?

You can't. Nowadays if you are EU based - anything coming from outside of the EU is subject to control from customs.
Your best bet would be to start banging an account manager at a logistics company that handles freight containers on ships if you want to get your stuff through to EU from outside. You need somebody who works logistics for import/export.
1) New accounts renting a container always get customs check randomly for first 1-2 years.
2) There are certain import numbers for items that are more likely to get your package "revised", like anything concerning machinery for example
3) Best bet would be to get your package through customs at such a company, get advised what number to put on your package and get your package through customs along with their smaller packages (multiple companies shipping smaller cargo get put into one container together). Obviously you would need a company for this and not your own.
4) Packages can still be searched randomly, even small cargo items from established companies, but at big ports it's like 1% and they focus on narcotics.

you say it is for medicine than there is one option that is 100% customs free and with no import tax or any other tax

I am quite sure that everything coming into the EU is now subject to import VAT and this includes presents and samples.
But you can ask the supplier if they can send it with PostNL the international department of of the dutch post office. They usually land all overseas shipment in the Netherlands and distribute it throughout Europe from there. And this makes it easier.
You have to check this for your country though as I know for sure only for countries bordering on NL.

I know, some non-EU countries have easy customs control with the EU. You can get a bazooka from there if you're smart.

Think outside of the box.
1. Grind the pills and put them in a letter that looks like an official letter where you even have a window to see the adress
2. Hide the product in another product to make it not detectable
Stuff like that you can do. It will also be good to not ship anything that requires custom fees and can be shipped as a gift
