You want XTC, we are not really invested in this field but if we are not wrong you could get away with using MDMA and so here is what we suggest:
Get your MDMA, either make it yourself (there are countless threads about it, just search) or buy it from someone else (preferably from a trusted vendor/manufacturer).

In the guide the poster wants to make xanax but you can use the same info to make XTC pills just modify the Math to suit your needs:
One pill of XTC lets say weighs about 300mg. One normal dose of MDMA is around 100mg and with this info we can say that we need 200mg of inactive ingredient per pill (binder = inactive ingredient, stuff that makes the pill stay in the shape you press it in).
Math:
1g of MDMA = 1000mg = 10 pills.
for each 1g of MDMA we need 2g of binder (inactive ingredient).
1 pill = 100mg MDMA + 200mg binder.
The rest of the guide should be the same, blend your stuff for as long as possible to avoid hotspots and use a pill press of your choise.
(its important to always test your drugs if you buy them from someone else, use test kits)
