making mmc freebase

hello,
i currently making mmc and do the adification with water but the problem is that the water is always dirty.
is it possible to making caustic soda and add it on the mmc salt water to making a clean freebase that will come on top?
and afther that add hcl to freebase with methanol to making crystal.

no bulkshit big scale is diffrent everbody can made small. i have made a lot small but big is diffrent, big scale 50kg and higer the reactions are alwayse verry dirty

Then you must use a solvent for extraction. The base will not be a separate layer. But you can extract the aqueous solution of the product without adding hydroxide. This will take away the excess impurities, making your product pure. And use deionized water.
