Pill Pressing guide
Ingredients and tools:
1. MG Scale that weights to 1mg or .001g
2. Alprazolam or active ingredient
3. Press Machine
4. Binders
5. Die of Choice
6. Blender or Vmixer
7.Sifter or screen
The MATH
We will keep this as simple as possible for to grasp a total understanding of this question. 1g of Alprazolam is 1000mg. Each Xanax is 2mg of active ingredient. This means you should get 500 Xanax bars per 1g of Alprazolam. A Xanax bar weighs 250mg. you will need 248mg of inactive ingredient for each bar in your mix. For 500 bars it is 124g of binder and 1g of Alprazolam
*1g Alp + 124g Binder = 125g/500 (bars) = .250 per bar
Mixing
Mixing your alp isn't as hard as it would seem to not get hot spots. There is a lot of dis-info out there so I am here to provide the truth. Some people mix shaking Tupperware for 20 minutes although I highly advise against this method. A better method for the POOR MAN is to get a cheap blender from the store, put your active and inactive together and blend for a good 10-20 mins while shaking. Then pour your mixed batch through a fine mesh screen to make sure your do not leave any clumps of Alp. Alprazolam is clumpy by nature. After you sift it through re-blend to make sure it is thoroughly mixed. The RICH MAN's way to do it is all the same but uses a Vmixer instead of a cheap blender. that could run you up to a thousand though.
Now your mixed powders are ready to be pressed.
TDP-0 (hand crank)
There is a lot of dis-info out there saying this machine pressure makes it impossible to make bars. This machine does the job but alot of manual work is required if you have big muscles then it does job these can be picked up for couple hundred euros.
TDP-5(single mechanical)
The TDP-5. This machine is probably the best when it comes to pressing it can do about 5000 pills per hour it's a cheaper alternative to ZP-9 as long as the dies you get are good this machine will do its job there's 1 place in Europe where I usually get the dies from that is Ldnmetal you guys can google that
ZP-9 (rotary)
This is one of your best options but can sometimes run you from a few 1000s to tens of 1000s. And it is huge compared to tdp0,tdp 1.5, tdp 5 etc
I have mainly used tdp0 and tdp5 if you guys need any assistance on the binders mcc magnesium stearate just post here this is a rough guide same principal applies to make xtc pills from mdma
You can find pill press machines on alibaba by searching candy making machine or candy machine etc you get it in separate parts and assemble or yourself.
For dies in Europe best site would be ldnmetal
Forgot to mention that if need readymade binding solution firmapress is best option.
