3 Hydroxy GBL

I saw a vendor on here with this for sale, and am wondering what the process for turning this into gbl would be.

I really have no idea how to knock off that hydroxyl group, but I am not a chemist.

Replace it with a halogen and make 3-flouro-gbl, or then use a dehalogenation reaction
