4 mmc low yield

I have a low yield of 4 mmc, i have 40% yield does somebody know why?
I bring to ph 5 after that i put in freezer, do i need to mix for 30 min for better yield? Or some other reason for low yield?

No i think i have found problem, i put in centrifuge for clothing at the end in a blanket. Some product is push out
