There's the win series, win 35,xxx is para -choro Troparil, it is the standard cocaine analogs are measured again for dat agonism. Good luck finding it. The first method I thought was viable was zinc. I also saw a ring defluoration of a 4-substituted phenylamine using just NaOh. I assume you would protect the tropane, it it may be protected anyway by steric hinderance or the ethyl esters moity, which might take a hit but is easy to replace. As a 3rd idea, you could remove the hole benzoyl moiety and replace it with an unsubstituted benzoyl. I forget what molecules the paper para- reduced with just NaOh, but it was analogous to cocaine.
@Frit Buchner Do you have more information on fluorococaine? what effects does it have? is it like cocaine or is it shit?
It might be neurotoxic, but I would expect it to work the same as far as potency

I did a fairly exhaustive search and found very little. I couldn't even find a reference to the 100x serotonin claim. If that was shown in a biopsy of a monkey brain, I would say that 4-f-c was an sri at 2mg and that's it. A strong dose of pharma cocaine is 2mg/kg , and I think 200 mg of fc would be serotonin syndrome out the ass. There's basically no experience reports for it ( 1 at Erowid, but if you read the author says 4-chloro-cocaine in the body of the report). But like I said knocking that off can be done.

Over all I think it's pretty much meaningless to tire yourself and loose lots of material since the 4-fluorinated analog is likely to be more potent and if there is an increase in toxicity it may well be irrelevant (this is a personal oppinion that was not thoroughly researched befor posting this so please excuse me if I'm wrong for I know that I should read some papers before stating my oppinion).

It's a cathinone. It's actually way stronger than cocaine in the dopamine agonist department. Some of that stuff (a-pihp, a-php, a-pvp) makes people lose their shit and eat people's faces. A strong dose is 25mg it something, compared to 200mg for cocaine. I'd definitely try it

I'd like to try some too! I believe I read it's 1/3 the potency of cocaine, but they are comparing it to pharmaceutical grade. If you consider the average purity of the end users product (50%) then it is 60%™as potent as cocaine. There's really not many I wouldn't try.
