Ah shit happens. You are being cauht while buyng chemicals precursors and police asks: what are you going to do with this?
I cant imagine so if this happens i think you can somehow ecape with arguments with you have some facility where you are diong experiments and this so if you show them some document of that you are approved person to do this it will be almost bulletproof alibi why are you buying these chemicals. I want some examples how are these documents looking and then professional to let make counterfeits of theese document.
Thus could be valuable counterfeits. Where i am going to get this? People, are someone here who can help me?

Counterfieting documents to a business is one thing. I doubt that you can conterfiet government documents that authorize you to have controlled chemicals. They would check that they are legitimate . You would get charged with extra crime. Maybe you could pretend to be an Agent under contract to a company that has legitimate papers
