Does anyone know if the reaction needs cooling at any point or is only heating necessary?
Can DMA ( N,N-dimethylacetamide )be used instead of DMF?
Is product loss during water washes a concern?

What is this ADB material? We can find a precursor (2S)-2-[(5-bromo-1-butyl-1H-indazol-3-yl)formamido]-3,3-dimethylbutanamide
is this procedure described here going to work with that precursor?
