Is there a way to separate DCM layers out of the product without distilling DCM or evaporating DCM?

What solvent are you trying to separate it from? Changing the pH or the density of one is the usual method causing one to become saturated with something that doesn't dissolve in the other is how you change the density

So DCM layers is a misnomer. There are no layers. I'm not familiar with the chemistry of MDMA but generally speaking one could acidify or neutralize a drug ( making a lewis acid or neutralizing it to the base) if one of the forms doesn't dissolve in the solvent it is in, causing it to precipitate. If you can get it cold enough some will fall out of suspension and you can filer it off but you'll never get it all. Someone else may have a better answer

It's DCM, it'll evaporate whether you want it to or not.
