Question P2P and NaBH4 Reduction, which aqueous methylamine is it?

Hello, just confused on the detail of which 35-40% "aqueous methylamine" solution is needed. One already in MeOH or Water?

I see someone else asked this question in that page but got no answer.

Better use on methanol
i red a old article on the hive where they get only 65% on mrthylaminr in water…

Sure, it would be better to use methanol. However, does this methord ask for aqueous methylamine in h2o or is it aqueous methlamine in methanol.


Just dont have methanol on hand until next week, seeing if I can just do it with water for now.

Aqueous means water. 40% means 400 g CH³NH² and 600g water
