I doubt. In general, I do not recommend doing this. Xylazine itself is a rather dangerous drug, and smoking it can both give no effects and aggravate side effects. If you need sedation, there are many other more optimal medications.

Xylazine is impossible to smoke! It disintegrates instantly and won't have any effects!
At most you will feel a bronchospasm and a bad cough!
