did overdose in 4mmc, and i want to quit 4mmc what should i do

Ok first thing first

I consumed 2g of 4mmc in night few days back, then i go to sleep in morning, after waking up in evening i do orally one more 4mmc round but this time i take heavy dost 600mg+ (I've taken 500mg before without any problem(

After consuming this does it start feeling very good and euphoria going up and up non stop i enjoyed 5 minutes, but after that i started feeling deazyness I stood up from bed my whole body started shaking, heart beat was running like crazy, i was sweating alot, it was very paniful and horrific moment because i was home alone, and i thought I'll have heart attack, then i washed my face with cold water and then I drink 500ml water and put my finger up to my throat and i vomitted, it was very good feeling after vomitting, then i drink one glass lemon soda after all this i started feeling well, it was very hard 20 minutes, i know dumb of me to consume 600mg+ dose

So now i want quit 4mmc but i relapse after 8-9 days
Today i looked on this website about detox


It suggests some medicine and vitamin etc.
Can anyone can confirm are these medicine good or not should i follow this routine ( i attached image below)

It mentioned there if we feel craving of 4mmc we should take "alprazolam" tablet?
Will it work?


And if you have any tip, it would be great

Simply detoxing it from your system is not enough, it;s not opiates, there is no physical. There are cravings sure, but it is mental. After a week it should be gone from your system anyway.
Alprazolam is xanax, a benzodiazepine. If you take a xanax everytime you wanna do cat you'll have a much worse habit in no time, and a real addiction to worry about.
This is all just in your head, like gambling.. it's a lifestyle disease.. you gotta find new hobbies and interests, other things to do with your time that make you happy. I would suggest exercise.. sports - physical activity with others is great therapy.. you'll feel alot better and it'll give you a good reason to eat well and rest. If it still isn't enough, have a beer or smoke a joint when you get home ;]
If you wanna quit and stay quit you gotta clean house, stop hanging out with people, lose your dealers info. BB probably isn't the best place.
They say if you hang around the barber shop long enough and you'll get your hair cut eventually...
However, easier said then done, but if you want it bad enough you'll do what you need to do. Good luck.

Mephedrone cravings can be very physical, I broke my abstinence after almost one year because for three days my cravings caused me GI hypermobility, had to go shit like over 5 times daily, and on the third day I was almost spilling diarrhea, and that's when I had enough. I wish I had just taken xanax then. It was just one night fortunately but I was broken for 2-4 weeks after that. This list is very good.

First - you need to exclude 4mmc from easy access. The second is to definitely decide that you are not going to use anymore. The third is time. Do not worry, the dependence is more psychological, and the negative effects that you experience for the same reason. Avoid contact with the substance and hold out for a while

This list is very good, but I can't speak for the Rx drugs mentioned.
I would suggest to switch ascorbic acid to sodium ascorbate, and don't hold back on the dose, but best spread it over the whole day. Elevated vit. C levels after supplements last only 2-3 hours so it's best to take 500 mg 3-4 times a day. It will help brain blood flow too and repair the blood vessels.
You can switch xanax to acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), it quells the cravings as well. In reality, it should be right there with the rest of them for at least one month. It might also reduce or even reset tolerance.

Oh and obviously switch folic acid to methylfolate. Choose a good B-complex with a lot of B1 (like 50 mg), methylcobalamin, methylfolate, and P-5-P
