MEN, HOW IS IT WITH ADDING SULFURIC ACID TO FREEBASE AMF OR ADDING CAUSTIC SODIUM WHEN PULLING OIL?

I mean exactly the pH ... namely when I add sulfuric acid to the amph base and unfortunately we pour too much of this acid, will adding a base add to the product? how so how to do it right? the product will be weaker as a result?

How much do u add? I dont think it will weaken the product, the OH ions will just form water with the H ions.
