I agree with this here. But I believe that its best to host the XMPP server yourself.
THat way you dont have to trust a 3rd part.

I have one channel on Telegram, but yeah just for selling research chemical products, helping my clients get the latest info(storage capacity, transit time, etc.) of my products.
