Is Total Sythesis II not relevant today?

This book is the best book i've ever seen, but it was written in 1999 and i think it might be not relevant because i didnt found pseuephedrine method, as i think the most easiest method of making meth. But its still useful, right?

Yes. I know how to make meth from pseudo, i just wanted to translate TS II to my native language and im wondering should i or methods described in this book are outdated
