I am interested in the method of reductive amination, the Leuckart reaction. I want to test this method for the synthesis of Amphetamine sulfate. Reagents used:
1. P2P
2. Ammonium formate
Also interested in carrying out the hydrolysis of n-formyl amphetamine.
Dichloromethane is also available for cleaning. Acetone.
I've been searching for about six months. Unsuccessfully.
Help if possible, please!
