making 4mmc with peroxide.

Hey! Does anyone know how to produce 4mmc with peroxide? Also what amounts of other substances (hbr, peroxide, water, methylamine, acid, acetone) should I be having if I have 100g of 4 methylpropiophenone and want to make 4mmc? I don't really get how to calculate the proportions of substances. Merci beaucoup.
