How to make proper vape liquid from thc distillate?

I got some thc distillate in wax form, it is oil based and can't mix it with vg/pg. I try everything like using sunflower and soy lechitin, peg400, ethanol, d-limonene and linalool. It always has hard throat hit or harsh feeling on throat, make people cough can't vape it under 1ohm with dl coils.
Can anyone help me to make smooth vape liquid from thc wax?

You’ve already tried most of the common additives, and that harsh throat hit is a notorious problem with distillate vapes, especially under 1 ohm with DL coils. A lot of people find success with TEC temper (a terpene-enhanced carrier) or CBG isolate to dilute the distillate smoothly without adding excessive harshness.

Also, switching to ceramic coil cartridges and avoiding high wattage can help dramatically. I’d avoid PEG and ethanol entirely, they tend to irritate the throat even at low concentrations.

I am not sure what ya got, distillate is an oil that moves super slow(temp dependent) but it won't wax up, we tried many ways.
If you have BHO, which most wax would bee, it's still easy. My friend does the vape things(like a tobacco vape, not like a THC cartridge), and he just mixed mct oil, limonene, and THC distillate (and you could use wax).
Like me he does a lot of cannabinoidz so he make it 1/3 disty and 2/3 MCT oil(fractionally distilled coconut oil) mixed with limonene.(He used 4-5% limonene in 95-96% MCT oil.and mixed that with THC disty).
I bioassayed the finished product, and it hits like Mike Tyson.
