Question meth gassing with hci

can you gas it too fast say using a vacuum pump hooked upto a hose into the solvent containing product cause its tasting abit funny and burns dark quicker than ideal sets back fine gives a high but not very good to sell sorta smells like coconut oil thanks for any help

Can you gas too fast? I can't say, probably, you want the gas to interact with the rm for as long as reasonably possible. Can you gas too much? Definately, dont have any ph papers or a meter? You could try washing it with acetone and see if it helps

Make a solution of HCl in ether. Drip the HCl solution into your freebase/ether mixture under stirring, and follow the pH with wetted pH paper. Stop when pH is around 7. Gassing directly into the mix is a mess

The issue with using a concoction is thats 37% muriatic acid is 63% water. Being that hcl is 36g/m, a mole of hcl has about 63 ml of water, which will comandeer 63 grams of meth or up to 120g of cocaine. Using anhydrous methods eliminates having to recover that out of the solution. It's been done, but using the purest solvants reactants and reagents yeilds a larger amount of more pure drugs. If you're doing it in your moms basement, ok, but otherwise just do it somewhere not messy like you back porch, shed, lean-to, garage....make sure theres plenty of draft and control the reaction by using a drip funnel with a stop-cock and dripping the h²so⁴ into the hcl, not the other way around.
