aoil h3po4 fail

I had aoil, 20 ml mix with 20.l methanole, add H3po4 and nothing happen when reach ph6, after one week of sit I get oil again and put more H3po4 and on the end I hade pH 2, to save this I put Naoh + water and PH reach about ph4 but not more, after that step i added baking soda and have pH 6, one...
