3cmc recept, is it good?

hello, i want to made 3cmc with the following recept but does somebody have experience with making in tolueen.

10kg 2bromo3cloro
30 L tolueen
20 L mono40%

Let it stand for 5 hours, temp 60
than wash 3 times with water

5 Liter of water and 4/5 liter hcl till ph 5
separte the water layer and let it stand for crystal.

looking for someday that really made it and is experience. I have made before in dcm but afther washing I kept the freebase for 24 hours and it turn black before i did the adification.

why choice toulen? dont you prefer some other more effective solvent?

btw is this numeric sequence of tings you wanna do? dear, you must wash it before you wanna add hcl

i have made with dcm on big scale but dcm gets to hot and it will take to much time to ad the mono40%, i did it on 60 kg 2bromo3 cloro scale. so that is why i want to choose tolueen

you can do some cooling with ice bath, dont you have that while we speak about such amounts? youc an repalce solvent as well, toluen not efficent and for sure more than 30l will be needed 40-50

im not kinda experienced in such amounts, but i believe that efficent replacement of ice water would help, you should test

From 10 kg 2b3c how much crystals You have?

Form ten 10kg can get 8.8kg cmc minimum 6kg

as far as I remember by mol its 0.8g of CK3 1g. But its not my scale synthesis like i said. Did you go on "deep water "like that? you should do some research 1st try lower amoutns note results and based onthat gofuther
