Hi. If I used ethylamine instead of methylamine during amination of 2-methyl-4-bromopropiophenone would I get 4-Ethylmethcathinone or 4-Methylethcathinone? If no, why not? If yes, which one and which steps would I need to take to reach the other? Further, does anyone have a synthesis for either?
