BBGate Element/Matrix service is broken

trying to "upgrade" actually wants to move it back to version 9. but it fails because the connection is broken. at least from my client.
I think you need to mark back version 10 as stable. or upgrade the homeserver

Hello Sir, trying to connect to Matrix to create a BB account today and I keep getting 'Cannot reach homeserver'? I tried the regular and mirror, are their other mirrors listed somewhere? (would that even help the situation?) Thank you!

I couldn't get it to work for weeks and when I searched for solutions the first suggestion was to clear my DNS cache. Open command prompt and type "ipconfig /flushdns" ( there's a space before the hash). This fixed my problem and about once a week or 10 days it stops working and I clear my DNS cache and that fixes it again. If that doesn't work my next suggestion is changing your DNS server. Some servers block some sites and it's free to change it and you won't notice any difference
