Question Black dollar cleaning

i have dollars covered in black . i know they use a chemical substance

to remove the black color.
anyone know its name or how to make it?

I read that too. but i got someone with the black money, no chemical available and he is willing to share 50% if i can remove the coating

It's just pieces of black paper. I think someone will write to you anyway and offer you a chemical to remove the paint, however, know that it will be a scam.
