Bro there are literally videos step by step on this site. Meth is basically garbage, the appeal of it was it is so easy to make when you could go to Walmart and buy 10-50 packs of pseudoephedrine. There's drugs out there that will blow your heart out of your chest at 35mg. And it's not expensive.
You are reducing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, norephedrine, phenylpropylamine or phenylacetalcarbonol by 1 oxygen atom. 
Take 5litre plastic jar,make amalgamation,after yours aliuminium is ready,add 100mil metylamine 40% into metanol,add 10mil bmk,mix,and add to the reaction vessel,,and wait until starts heating,add ballon,and shake every 10 min 2h ,add some Naoh,and wait 2h more,then all aliuminium disolves and becomes grey sludge,distill, and hcl gas,or any other metod you choise,but first read basics,how to make good amalgamation.
He's doing hydridoic acid/ phosphorus, no methylamine involved. Like I said on my wall, there's no benefit to distillation. Maybe you would gain 1-2% purity but the weight you would lose is a lot more percent. Adding water isn't preferred unless you have to, to kick it off, then it's a couple ml only
