Is there way to separate amphetamine sulphate from creatine without a/b extraction? The last batch is mostly creatine and acetone is not doing too much.

Creatine has relatively low solubility, so you can try extract (wash-out) amphetamine sulfate from your mix by water or water-ethanol solution.
And then evaporate solvent by air drying or in vacuum, alternatively crash-out the salt by addition of acetone, filter and dry.
I recommend to avoid the last option in this case for some reasons.
With this method some traces of creatine anyway would be left.
