Okay - I’m looking to synthesise the above amine and didn’t know where to post this so if it’s in the wrong place apologies.
Seeing as iv been successful in my quest to synthesise n,n-DMT, im now looking forward to my next planned synthesis - which is kind of irrellivent as I have everything stored up apart from the aldehyde im using (easy to grab from China) and the primary amine - in this synthesis - for mescaline it said cyclohexylamine and I just so happen to have all the things I need for the following synthesis. Has anyone performed it before?
Any advise?
I do have a backup option of using ammonium acetate and GAA but I dunno how well it would work. I know it’s been used for P2NP but I don’t know if it would work - will see.
I have a couple more things to buy, I just found somewhere - that expensively sells 10-50g of LAH. Something I DEFINITELY would like to use for the final reductive amination.
