You can obtain Norephedrine and Cathine (Phenylpropanolamine) from Khat. You can reduce Norephedrine and Cathine (Phenylpropanolamine) to Dextroamphetamine using Iodine and Aluminum Phosphide (Aluminum Phosphide can replace Red Phosphorus, but there's a higher chance of toxic Phosphine gas). Aluminum foil (Replacement for Red Phosphorus) and Iodine has been used to make Ethyl Iodide, but it can't reduce it to ethane, so Aluminum Phosphide can be used. Warning: You need ventilation because of highly toxic Phosphine gas with Aluminum Phosphide even if room temperature water hits it or in room temperature.
