Forming Company Anonymously

US centric question.

How would one form a company that is not tied to them in any way? I assume one might have to get fake ID, things like that.

It seems if one wants to order precursors, solvents, glassware, on a medium to large scale, it would be a good idea to have a company do it, and also be able to not be easily tied to one's identity.

I was interested in some common cathinones, and amphetamines. Probably 4mmc and meth.

Company formation is actually not a bad idea at all. If the company`s profile is such that certain chemicals, H2, lab equipment etc are normal for such a company, then I don`t think anyone will look into the age or the annual revenue of the company. And even if they do, it can be a startup wanting to research something. If the startup fails in a year or two, it`s nothing unusual either. I think there is much more risk in using fake documents than having a bad business idea and ``wasting`` lots of chemicals and resources to figure it out...
