Loratadine is insoluble in water. You can use ethanol or methanol to soak the pills, filter them, and filter out some impurities that are insoluble in ethanol. After evaporation of ethanol, add distilled water and filter. Loratadine is insoluble in water. The filtered liquid is adjusted to alkali ph10+, extracted, dried, and hydrogen chloride gas. Filter.

You didn't read my reply carefully. Ephedrine is soluble in water and ethanol. Lorata is insoluble in water. After evaporation of ethanol, add water and filter, and loratadine will be left on the filter cake.

There is no need for reflux. It is enough to evaporate ethanol under normal pressure. But don't be too dry, because it is not easy to dissolve after adding water. It's as best as nutritious soil.
