i have a lot of a-oil and I want to sell it for a competitive price.
but I can only use this price if I run no risk. who takes the risk of the package,
the buyer or seller..???

Hello. If you wanna advertise and sell here, you have to post your product at Drug Market in accordance with rules. It's for free.
If you are talking about delivery risks, you have to follow your obligation of a deal - deliver a customer order to him. If your product wasn't delivered, he'll get his money back. Optionally, you can have an agreement about such risk separation and share it.
