how to change system time

how to change the system time zone... I try everything to change .. but unable when I connect VPN to other country.. my system time is not changed with IP
please guide me.. thanks

VPN does not change the system time configurations. You connect your computer to the internet first and then turn on the VPN on it. Moreover, computer is too smart device to determine system time by ip address only.

You are probably wrong IP do not determine system time.

IP determine Local Time

But if OP want to hide system time when using different IP turning off JavaScripts should works cuz most of sites/servers pulling out Your system time exactly by JavaScript....

and just to clarify if You using TOR, its not possible to get what You want, or even if it is i guess with Your skills and Windows (probably that what You use on Your laptop) it will be almost impossible .
