how to increase the scales for my method

Hello, can anyone tell me how to increase the production scale for 4cmc? Currently, 30 liter buckets with a tap are used and I would like to know how to do this in a 200 and 310 liter reactor. I will post the production method below.

I pour 5 kg of 2b4ch into a bucket, pour 15 liters of toluene over 2b4ch, mix until the bromine dissolves, then add 10 liters of methylamine
amination method: I add a liter of methylamine every 20/25 minutes so that the temperature remains around 38 degrees. After adding the last liter, I mix for another 40 minutes and then separate the organic layer. I rinse the organic layer three times in cold water. then I acidify it to PH6. At the very end, I rinse my cmc two or three times in 2/3 liter DCM. at the very end, I boil my cmc for a few minutes in an enameled pot and then pour it into containers in layers of 4 cm.

You need a laboratory reactor, you can go without jacked for your method.
Glass reactors are produced in sizes of 30-50-100-200 liters. If you need more than 200 liters, then you can consider some plastic containers or an enameled steel reactor.

yes I know, but what about the synthesis method, I guess I can't use the same technique by scaling the synthesis times 15
