According to the code of federal regulations
The following chemicals have been specifically designated by the Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration as the listed chemicals subject to the provisions of this part and parts 1309 and 1313 of this chapter. Each chemical has been assigned the DEA Chemical Code Number set forth opposite it.

At the moment, precursors for the synthesis of mephedrone, a-PVP, cannabinoids and even some sources of BMK are legal.
At the same time, we do not meet suppliers of reagents on the black market. And there are few laboratories that are engaged in the synthesis of finished substances.
Our project is ready to help teams enter the gray market of precursors, we can provide the necessary consultations, recommend suppliers from Asia, as well as help to establish the synthesis of precursors.
We also invite everyone interested to discuss this topic.
