Hello. I have tried the method on this site about the methylamine into 30% methanol.

I add the lye to the methanol and it doesn't dissolve it fully. Plus it stay milky/cloudy when the instructions say got to get clear.

Is there another method?

For example would this work. Putting methylamine hcl 652.2g into methanol 700g, closed flask and fully dissolved it. Chill/cool the flask. Then slowly add the lye 385.9g in while top stirring hard or shaking it by hand.

I hate dealing with methylamine, rather get a game plan ready before touching the methylamine salts again.

If you need MeNH2/MeOH solution for Al/Hg reductive amination, the method is valid, residual water isn't problem, in fact its presence is even beneficial.
But if you need it for NaBH4 reduction of pre-formed imine, you need anhydrous methylamine/alcohol solution, that you can prepare from equimolar cooled solutions of sodium methoxide in methanol and MeNH2•HCl in methanol. Don't buy alkoxides, they are often of bad quality, prepare them by yourself just before use from alkali metal and anhydrous alcohol.
Gassing of methanol with methylamine gas is another option, but you need a lot of glassware, equipment and knowledge to get it done right, safely and anhydrous.
Milky/cloudy solution isn't problem for the first case, it just indicates your lye (NaOH) is pretty old or not stored properly, so some amount of sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) formed by prolonged air contact (with CO2 gas), it has negligible solubility in alcohols, so cloudiness is present.

I am honestly over gassing it, there is always a issue. Hose leaks (dont use rubber for anyone else) or can't get passed 20percent.

I would rather try all in one pot, MeNH2 HCI in methanol and lye. Would this flask need to be sealed for no gas leakage or just put a reflux on with cold water to cool down the pressure of gas....
Yes I would put the methanol on cold ice with salt etc.

Planning to dump a lot of silica beads and whatever else to dry it, then just filter it all. Going to use the solution for NaBH4 reduction into meth.

I would certainly prefer the methylamine gas into methanol route for sure - yes it requires some equipment and you have to know what you're doing but that goes for most things related to drug chemistry or organic chemistry in general. Not hard at all imo
