I would never ever do this via a website.
A good application you can use on Windows/Mac/Linux is exiftool.
exiftool.sourceforge.net
Make sure you are scrubbing JPEG files - other files may leave some snippets behind (you will see this on the page).
Another application is https://www.watermark-software.com/exif-editor.html
As with exiftool - try to stick to JPEG as there is much less opportunity for something to slip through.

Install Tail OS and use the build in function to wipe metadata off your files

you have already installed by default this function in tails as @KokosDreams already said but you have it also on qubes! Just search for Metadata Cleaner
