it is difficult to get a precursor for the synthesis of prolintane, you will most likely have to synthesize it yourself. I don't think this is a good idea, the substance itself is not so interesting to put so much effort into it.
Or do you have an interest in making it legal in your country?

Prolintane? Don’t go there. Does it work? Absolutely! Does it last? No. Compulsive compulsive re-dose urge stronger than cocaine.
You’ll exhibit strong anti social behavior. Feel like shit after the first 10 minutes and the chase of the dragon begins. It is Highly Addictive but payoff is terrible. The smell akin to burning plastc. Makes my skin crawl. Stick to amphetamine.

You can do a grignard reaction of benzylmagnesium chloride in diethyl ether (or better yet, dibutyl ether) on butyronitrile and get 1-phenyl-2-pentanone. Then condense it with pyrrolidine in ethanol water solution and do reductive amination with Aluminum Galinstan amalgam to get Prolintane freebase. Filter with a Buchner funnel and bubble HCl to get Prolintane HCl. Prolintane was pretty good. There's a way to synthesize Methiopropamine and Ethiopropamine from thiophene.
