Android App from Google play named openKEYCHAIN: Eazy PGP From publisher Hardware Security SDK, have one security risk (riziko) that is connected to Google keyboard. In app, you have function that let you extrypt text to box.
When you're starting to type shows up Google Keyboard and user start typing.When user do this, used words stores in memory for suggestions improvement. And there you go. Much apps have access to memory. So if you are bigger target, this way you can go to jail

There is another things with that we use Google keyboard

So why not use another keyboard for example Hackers Keyboard von Klaus Wiedner?

You can simply log out of your Google account on the keyboard, delete the archives and disable the collection of information on the keyboard, and activate incognito mode on the keyboard.

Anyway, it is still better to not use google products. But your solution is also solution.
