The dealers use the most cheapest weed which is in most cases CBD. They spray their synthetic noids on it to make it psychoactive. Those synthetic cannabinoids are not THC hence the test will still show you "industrial hemp". If noids were added to real weed then this test becomes useless but only CBD weed gets cut on black markets.
