Syntéza metamfetaminu z P2P redukcí NaBH4. Středně rozsáhlé.

Dobrý den,

po mnoha testech s použitím methylaminu HCL na základě této metody se s vámi podělím o nejlepší způsob, který jsem našel pro získání methamphetamine freebase ve velkém měřítku:

• 966 gr P2P
• 14 litrů metanolu
• 1183 gr Methylamin HCL
• 638 gr NaOH
• 452 gr Bezvodý síran sodný
• 105 gr NaBH4
• 35 l destilované vody
• 7 litrů DCM

- Naplňte reaktor 14 l metanolu
- Za míchání rozpusťte methylamin HCL
- Nastavte teplotu reaktoru na 0C (ne teplotu směsi) a přidejte NaOH, teplota se zvýší
- Jakmile se teplota vrátí na 20C, přidejte P2P, teplota se zvýší a míchejte během 45 minut až 1 hodiny.
- Přidejte 252 g bezvodého síranu sodného.
- Když teplota směsi dosáhne 8C, začněte po částech přidávat NaBH4, který nesmí překročit teplotu 20C.
- Jakmile je přidán veškerý NaBH4, nechte směs míchat pod 20C po dobu přibližně 2 hodin, dokud nepřestane bublat.
- Přidejte vodu a pokračujte v míchání po dobu 5 minut.
- Přidejte DCM a míchejte po dobu 10 min.
- Přestaňte míchat a nechte vrstvy oddělit.
- Spodní vrstvu si ponechte a horní zlikvidujte (není výhodné tuto vodnou fázi extrahovat).
- Přidejte 200 g bezvodého síranu sodného do zachované vrstvy a promíchejte ji
- Přefiltrujte v Buchnerově nálevce
- Odpařte DCM
- Získáme čistou a zapáchající metamfetaminovou freebázi

Is the 35 litres of water added to ensure seperation of the dcm and water cos of the methanol present to stop it all mixing?
and are you using a 100 litre HDPE paint bucket as the reaction vessel?

Is 15g of NaBH4 enough as the reducing agent for 138g of P2P? Or should I add a small amount of reducing agent to avoid some side reactions?

Hello, yes it's not enough. You have to add at least equimolar amount 38.91g of NaBH4. It's even worth to add a little more, ~1.1 eqviv 42.8g.
