Question PSE Sulphate (Clarinase)

Can someone help me with extracting these non over the counter pills??
they contain a lot of waxes, povidone...!

it's just for own scale.
there must be a simple and successful technique with afterwards rp/I or hp/I reduction possible…
there was people which did 2 jears ago but I have no more contact to them.

At first I soak the clarinase 120 pills in toloul then xylene than toloul again and made a gently short acetone boil than acetone flush and let dry..
I decided to do the “straight to B” extraction to get away the sulfate.
So atm I got good clean looking (drying from Test Benzin/vm&p naphta) base crystals.
next step is to mix the dry pse base with a few ml dh2o and add hcl acid (33%) till crystals dissolve, filter und let evaporate….
do you have some ideas for next steps or in general some words, criticism, alternatives for clarinase extraction ec.???

Clarinase ingredients:
Loratadine 5 mg, Pse sulfate 120
Core: lactose monohydrate, corn starch, povidone, magnesium stearate
Shell: Arabic gum, calcium sulphate anhydrous, calcium sulphate dihydrate, carnauba wax, microcrystalline cellulose, oleic acid, rosin, soap, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide, bleached wax, zein.
