This substance is a precursor to forbidden drugs on this site. I'd like to take this opportunity to mention that you are a piece of shit and the blood of innocent people is on your hands. Why doom people with this scourge? You aren't smart enough to synthesize something that isn't poison?

i would say thats going way to far with opinion. its crazy synthesis of nitazenes are ok but anything regarding this precursor is demonized. especially when patches, lolipop and liquid patents of the medication were introduced by pharmacuetical giants and prescibed to patients recklessly along with oxycontin with just as much ethusaism. i know because i was prescribed. This jacked up tolerances intially which this is what we are talking about medication for some folks. blood of inocient folk is a bit too far concidering not everyone press this into blue pills and sells them as 30s. anyone who deceives the buyer yes is a peice of shit and if a person dies as a result then i would agree. I 100 percent would not agree the blood is on the hands of a supplier who provided said substance to buyer who knowingly bought substance aware of its strength and potential for death.

The safest way to curb this attitude is educating the masses not demonizing the fact some people have tolerances which are far from standard theraputic doses of all opiates and opioid medications; intially created by pharmacuetical industry ir formulations of strong opioids all across the board that were said to be less addictive and due to monetary incentives pharm reps and doctors both began to provide incorrect info. As a result because opioid use and need evolves with tolerance which increases dosage without a ceiling, shit hit the fan. Left are opioid tolerant patients and sud individuals who exist and have legitamate pain are going to methadone clinics for pain and taking suboxone just not to be sick. Which attributes to demand for strong opioids and drug ocverdose because in order to get any relief you have to take high doses of whatever the strongest agonist to breakthru bup and even methadone to find immediate relief; Since acute chronic pain is no longer considered to be a candidaite for a reg opiate scripts many people who are on MAT medication are improperly labeled as addicts or individuals with SUD when they actually have non-terminal chronic pain or god forbid a tolerance and need more than many or most are willing to prescribe. Furthermore these policies were created out of desperation and in turn, fuel the demand because the lack of access to medication and a patient centered plan through a doctor. thus a demand for something strong and cheap was created which didnt depend on the weather or war... another reason why bup in the US is being considered as a pain reliever when it absolutely is not and wasnt created for that reason; doctors dont know what to prescribe for legitamate pain much less to a person who is opiate tolerant, which is a thing, in order to not after worry about issues affecting their license down the road.. Now 2024 with cdc the final rule which the end of october last month legistlation went into effect. samsa and cdc together have relaxed relaxed there policies on prescribing opioids; doctors are now able to sign a waiver in order to be able to prescribe methadone out of a doctors offfice, they can prescribe via telehelath, online and provide take homes immediatly and provide takehomes regardless of drug screens and as soon as pharmacies get on board like it is in canada now but many doctors say its too little too late. The reality is Access, legally, to opioids is the only way out of the dangers of illicit drug use particularly for non-tolerant individuals without need for these substances. Now noticing theyve caused a shit show due to there overblown policies, perventing doctors from prescribing opiates due to fear of being caught in a legal scandal or the general public demonizing all opioids are all reasons this epidemic got to this point. I would argue doing away with the pill mills would of been good enough to get most of the oxy of of the street back in the day. Perhaps it woud be wise if oxycontin started to be prescribed within reason again. which we will probably see since their presence in other countries seems to be increasing. The narritive that illicit fetty caused the epidemic is incorrect. The source of the issue is samsa and cdc policies especially in 2016 regarding pain management with opioids in light of pharmacuetical cpmpanies supplementing prescribers income with the volume of scripts handed out to patients, pill mills and last but not least insurance companies.. ignoring the fact opanas, patches and lolipops jacked peoples tolerances up to begin with If anyone remembers black tar heroin was around heavy during the end of the pill mill period and for years after the pill mill fiasco. Then SEA powder heroin for years before fetty came along. Heroin made a comeback because oxycontin were still too expensive at the pharmacy until generic roxies, it was already an epidemic before fetty and it would still be one without it. I think roxies are gereat for immediate relief but if were being honest roxies are the start of this issue more than any other opioid but i would not want them to disappear espeically now i actually need them.
