Un'opzione un po' più semplice per produrre metilammina sarebbe quella di ridurre il nitrometano CH3NO2 a metilammina CH3NH2 tramite amalgama di Al/Hg.

CH3NO2 + H2 ---> CH3NH2+ H2O

Mi sembra che ci sia un motivo, perché l'uso di carburante per aeromodelli per produrre metilammina in vitro è un percorso comune... o si degrada rapidamente o... sembra una reazione energica

Caldo, pesante e duro! Ora mi fa male il cervello. Stavo per catturare tutto il gas che fuoriesce dall'impianto in un po' di HCl e scaricare il resto. Oppure usare l'insitu senza indugio.
