Why is mine like this, take 3 days to crystallise. I just don't understand. I follow method and this is what happen. Sorry to keep asking but if I don't ask for help I won't learn.

Most likely, you had a significant amount of MPF reaction of bromination, it perfectly gives colored impurities at the stage of obtaining salt from a free base.
The usual problem for beginners. What was the color of the solution after fermentation, before washing?

This mixture is after 2 hours.

50g 2b4m
200ml DCM
100ml Methyloamine 40%

Next I will wash with water then add DCM, Acetone and add acid slowly until 5.5 / 6PH then freeze. But the mixture goes greeny blue when I add the acid.

I asked after bromination, before washing.
Can just add clear water and add acid, best ph=6, in 5,5 all garbage go down.
Color problem because you have problem in bromination!!! 90% truble and 10 percents if do some mistake in animation step

The reason was found, a very large admixture of 4-MPF in BK4...
