This is a very interesting situation. There is no right or wrong here. We are witnessing a picture where a shortage of suppliers affects the quality of service. The customer is always right, even if he is impatient. It is better to have 10 positive reviews and no negative ones than 20 positive ones and 1 negative one.

Nevertheless, we made sure that Amarvelbio is not a scammer. But that doesn't change the fact that you have to use escrows when making deals.

I have no so in the situation at hand, but I think it is very bad for a company to share pictures of private chats between yourselves and customer, now these conversations can be used against the customer if law enforcement gets involved for example, importing illegal precursors.

If there is a point needed to be made, take it up in private with an admin, not in public. I advice admins to delete the screenshots for safety reasons.

If a customer slanders vendor in public then should expect that case 'll also be resolved in public.Shared screenshots don't contain any sensitive info.
if you don't have mercy for scammers then you shouldn't have for slanders and Pathetic customers too.

Interesting. Seems you guys enjoy the fun ordering from this Amarvel/Wingroup whose two staff been extradited to US last year and still there. And police visit them from time to time, not allowing them to leave. Even they registered new company, changed locations, and seems this bad thing brought them so high reputation. Crazy world.
