It seems easy enough to make from non-watched precusors in both locales but seems confined to older gay men & unsavory date rape types. Is there something to be built here?
I don't see a huge market for this substance. If you are thinking of synthesizing from completely legal substances, then mephedrone or JWH-018 is better suited. You can also think about semi-legal analogues of banned substances.
