Question Looking for a chemist to help with synethesis of Ketamine.hcl - Payed Job

Hello ladies and gents,


I am a UK vendor that sells an assortment of drugs mosty in the party space, we are rather large established operation. we have currently acquired 250kg of Hydroxylimine Hydrochloride (precursor A ketamine). I know this is an intermediate precursor and from my research and only takes a solvent with a high BP and left to cool to get the end product of ketamine.hcl

I need help with suitable solvent to use and other equipment for the boiling process and some other advice that may be needed along the way. i am happy to pay for this, if anyone has the know how who can help guide me through this process i will pay well for their consultation and knowledge. I am not looking for free advice, I value your time and expertise.

If anyone is up to work, please message me this will be the first project of many.

The final step is a thermal rearrangement, and gives almost quantitative yield after 180 °C for 30 min. An alternative to the use of decalin as solvent in this step is to use a pressure bomb. 2.0 g of the preceeding N-methylimine is dissolved in 15 ml of decalin and refluxed for 2.5 h. After evaporation of the solvent under reduced pressure, the residue is extracted with dilute hydrochloric acid, the solution treated with decolorizing charcoal, and the resulting acidic solution is made basic. The liberated product, 2-methylamino-2-(o-chlorophenyl)-cyclohexanone (Ketamine), after recrystallization from pentane-ether, has a mp of 92-93 °C. The hydrochloride has a mp of 262-263 °C.​
